Within POLUMANA® there are various view-options for the displayed customers. The more detailed tile view is opened by pressing the tile view icon. By pressing the list view icon in iOS, you can see the customers within a list, but slightly less information is displayed. HowTo: Filter and select customers
Customer creation
In POLUMANA®, the customers of your source system (ERP) are available to you, depending on the logged-in user in the app. To give you the option of generating an order / shopping cart regardless of the existing customers, POLUMANA® allows you to create a customer. In Windows, click on the corresponding add customer icon in the top right-hand corner. In iOS, this icon is available at the bottom left.
| WIN | iOS | Function |
![]() | ![]() | Create a new customer |
The newly created customer is transferred to the connected source system (ERP). All necessary customer data is then entered here. The next time you update the data on your device, you will receive this customer with all the final information and the corresponding customer number.
Export of customers
You can export customers within Windows. Only those customers are exported that correspond to the current selection. Click on the export icon at the top right to export the customers to Excel.
| WIN | iOS | Function |
![]() | Export of customers |
Tour
This function corresponds to the “Travel Plan” module from POLUMANA®. If you tap on the tour icon, the daily visits are displayed according to the date selection. You select the date in iOS at the bottom left by tapping on the date. In Windows, a date bar is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
| WIN | iOS | Function |
![]() | ![]() | Select tour |
You will now see the travel plan for the desired date, marked by flags in Windows or blue dots in iOS. Customers who are not visited are marked with grey dots. Based on this information, you can decide on which day or on which travel plan you are in the vicinity of the desired customer.

Here you can see that you are very close to two other customers – grey dots – on this daily visit location – blue flag.

This is a screenshot from iOS for comparison. The customer you have approached is marked in blue, two other customers – marked in grey – are very close by.
By clicking on the customer marked in grey, you can add this customer to the selected travel plan. This customer is then integrated into your daily visit.
