The Calendar application is basically similar to the Day Tour application. In the calendar, you can see all visit appointments for your customers in calendar form. From the calendar it is possible to edit and delete customer appointments, but also to create new appointments. In WIN there are additional options such as creating visit reports, adding tasks or calling up the relevant customer.
Calendar views
There are three different views available in the Calendar application:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
| WIN | iOS | Function |
![]() | n.a. | Daily View |
![]() | ![]() | Weekly View |
![]() | ![]() | Monthly View |
![]() | ![]() | Add new appointment |
![]() | n.a. | Synchronisation with Office 365 |
By clicking on the individual icons, you can see how the view changes accordingly. Otherwise, the handling of the calendar is similar to comparable calendar applications. In other words, swipe left to go to the future, swipe right to go to the past, etc.
Synchronisation with the calendar from Windows 365 is currently only available in the WIN version.
Working with appointments
In the Calendar application, you can
- edit (move)
- create
- delete
- call up customer (WIN)
- call up visit report (WIN)
- add tasks (WIN)
Edit, create and delete appointments
To edit appointments, it is best to select the daily or weekly view. Depending on how many customer appointments you have, the monthly view can be confusing. In addition, in iOS the customer appointments within the monthly view are only marked as dots per day. A dot indicates that customer appointments are available on that specific day.

Click on the desired date to open a menu. Select the required entry here.
When editing an appointment, you can change all the fields for this appointment. The type of appointment (fixed appointment, telephone appointment), the customer assignment, the visit time, the date, reminder and the notes. This dialogue box is similar to the “Change/postpone appointment” function from the daily visits application.
Deleting an appointment only deletes this appointment, but not the appointment series.
In WIN you also have the option of calling up the visit report directly from the appointment, adding a task for this customer or creating a new appointment for this customer.

By clicking on the “Add new appointment” icon, you can add a customer appointment with previous customer selection
